Every piece we make is crafted personally for you - sewn to your exact measurements, in your chosen fabric and colour. We take great care to ensure every order meets the highest standards.
Custom-made products: no returns or exchanges
Due to the personal and custom nature of our headscarves and beanies, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped. Each piece is made to order using your exact head measurements to ensure a perfect, personalised fit - it cannot be resized or resold to another customer.
We take great care throughout the entire creation process to maintain the highest standards of quality, and every item is inspected before it is sent.
