Please allow 4 weeks from confirmation of your order. Because every item is started from scratch using your measurements once we receive your order, we need this time to ensure the quality you deserve. It's quite possible your order will be finished sooner, but we quote 4 weeks to account for our current order queue.

Yes - we ship custom orders anywhere in New Zealand. In-person consultation services are based in Invercargill and surrounding areas, with travel available further afield for a small fuel charge.
